"I needed structure to start and every two weeks paint a new subject. Something I'm not familiar with that will motivate me to start painting. Now I paint a lot more pictures on my own and from the classes of Artefacto Family. It's nice, if many members like your works. But also it's good if someone says "here you have to lift a little bit more". That's a friendly form to get feedback."

"My paintings went to a more sophisticated level in a Family. Konstantin has a heart of a teacher. He encouraged me to learn watercolor painting from other artists in Artefacto Family.

School offers many concepts and activities.

The teachers teach me how to think like an artist, and when I paint I don't copy a reference photo. I edit it to make my own artistic creation.

Many thanks to Konstantin and all the teachers and all the school staff. Artefacto Family program is a great success.

"Artefacto Family gives me structure. It is very important for me, since I have a full time job. If you don't paint regularly, you cannot evolve . You always go backwards actually.

Artefacto Family offers a very good pace for me. And then other elements like workshops and zoom sessions, etc. So they are really helping me to have a structure in my painting.

Now I am more confident in painting flowers, or even people, the figures. Not portraits yet, but I know that I will be there. So, Artefacto Family gave me more confidence."

"Artefacto Family promised us to teach us to think like artists, and I think they really keep up to their promise. I have started with Artefacto Family, which I think is really helpful because it covers up basics.

I think there is no other school in the world that does the kind of work Artefacto is doing.

I am so proud to be a part of it, and to be associated with so many like-minded people who believe in the world of watercolors and other fields of art, and are willing to take their students to levels they don't even know of. Thank you so much.

"I am amazed at Artefacto and the level of their work that I've been exposed to, and all the lessons and all the things I'm learning. I feel like a lot of what they're teaching is beyond my abilities. But yet I sit down and really focus and try to make a decent painting.

I think it's a wonderful opportunity for learning and being around people that are in the arts. And I'm enjoying every minute of my time spent in the workshops, lessons, and just doing my best trying to paint and have fun at the same time.

Thank you, Miroslava for getting this together and getting it started. It's very greatly appreciated."

"At one moment, I wished to start making my own paintings. So, I found a Facebook ad with an online class by Artefacto. I enrolled in the course by Andy Evansen.

My son-in-law encouraged me, and I began to paint.  I joined the “Watercolor Foundations” marathon. Then I joined “Watercolor Camp”. And after that I joined “Artefacto Family”.

But surprise – all the paintings of my colleagues were better than mine. I understood that I had to join the fundamental course. And so I did.

Now I like painting very much. I start every day with joy, thinking about what I will paint today. I'm very proud to be a member of this large “Artefacto Family”, I like my colleagues in the chat. They are so supportive, so kind to each other. They encourage me. This is my new watercolor story. I never painted on my own en plein air, but I wish to do it. Artefacto changed my life, and I’m very thankful for it”.

"You keep me motivated. There's always a new task to do. There's always a new guest artist coming on.

You teach us the composition, all kinds of techniques.
Soft and hard edges, perspective, all that stuff, it's all coming together.

The more I do it, the more fun I get. Also, I love it with a Family. I feel like I'm not alone. I can share my pictures, get feedback.

So many wonderful people in the chat room. Oh my gosh, it's just invaluable."

"I like to see the glimpses of different styles of paintings done by all the artists here, the palettes that they use and the processes done by every artist. You can get to learn the thought process from them.

Now I know what I need to understand, what I need to change for me. It was a leap of progress. And also I feel it will enhance the process where you're reaching your artistic goals. Your style of working or your style of art.

I always felt like painting is a never ending journey. Now I am thinking I'm getting more confident in it."

"Artefacto has been a life changer at the time when I really wanted to paint but I didn't know how to pick up a brush or paints. Artefacto changed all that.

With Artefacto, I learned to paint with confidence, loosely, to play with colors and tone. Artefacto helped me with various workshops. Each and every workshop was a great exposure.

And I'm really grateful to Artefacto for giving me this great learning experience, which not only taught me a lot but has been a stress buster. It's given me a passion for life. Thank you Artefacto."
