Part II. Watercolor painting
Learn how to convey different textures. See how to work with different shapes of shadows from landscape objects. Finish your work with detailing, keeping the landscape realistic.
Module 2. River in the Fall
In this module, you will master the art of creating central compositions and contrasting elements in landscape painting. Part I. Pencil sketch
Begin to construct a composition, taking into account the interaction of natural objects. Think through the layout of the subject, making it both harmonious and interesting.
Part II. Watercolor painting
Learn to apply granulation to textured surfaces. Next, start watercolor filling the river in a gradient, work with waves and reflection. Finish the painting by working with the forest in the background.
Module 3. Summer Forest
In this module, you will learn how to create multi-planar compositions, playing with the foreground, middle ground, and background.
