Lilac. Pencil part
We will do a pencil drawing of lilac.
Lesson 3
Lilac. Pastel part
We will depict a backlit bouquet of lilacs on a contrasting background of a shadow wall. Let's learn how to draw clusters of lilacs!
Lesson 4
Peonies and Lupines in a Wicker Basket. Pencil part
We will do a pencil drawing of peonies and lupines.
Lesson 5
Peonies and Lupines in a Wicker Basket. Pastel part
Let's study the shades of white, learn how to draw them, and train to convey the texture of a wicker basket.
Lesson 6
Coneflowers. Pencil part
We will do a pencil drawing of yellow flowers.
Lesson 7
Coneflowers. Pastel part
Let's learn how to work with a large mass of identical flowers. We will draw yellow flowers in the light and in the shade. Also, we will learn how to draw a cool falling shadow on a white tablecloth.
Lesson 8
Conclusion
A summary of all techniques and a creative task from the instructor.

Meet your instructor
Vladislav Tatarinov
- Vladislav has been teaching children and adults since 1996.
- He studied painting with artists I. Komarovsky (Kolomna) and P. Bludnov (Moscow).
- Member of the Artists Trade Union of Russia since 2002.
- He has taken part in more than 20 solo exhibitions in Russia and abroad.
- Winner and prizewinner of international pastel exhibitions, including two exhibitions of the main pastel organization IAPS.
- The artist is inspired by the scenes of his native Kolomna, Moscow, and sketches from his numerous trips.
- His works can be found in private collections in Russia and abroad.
