Lesson 1

Introduction

Organizational information, how to use the platform. The list of materials needed for the course.

Lesson 2

Winter monochrome

In this lesson, we will create a monochrome watercolor landscape, pay attention to the horizon line and details, and see how to work with tone in a watercolor painting.

Lesson 3

House in the country

In the lesson, we will learn how to paint architecture in the landscape, see how to depict a simple house, and work with the foreground. We will also learn how to apply masking fluid and a construction brush.

Lesson 4

Sunny day

Here we will make a detailed winter landscape with a minimum number of colors (only 3 pigments). Let's see how to build a more complex composition and add a larger number of subjects to the painting.

Lesson 5

House with a twist

In this lesson, we will create a full-fledged landscape with an unlimited color palette. We will pay great attention to the image in the landscape and be sure to add our own author's details. Let's learn how to combine reference photos and enliven our painting with graphic elements.

Lesson 6

Conclusion

Summing up, getting feedback, and doing a creative task using the techniques and knowledge acquired.
