This marathon is for you if you:
- Dream of learning to paint but don't know where to start
- Have fear that you are not talented enough

What you will achieve at the marathon:
After registration, you will get an introductory video. Then you’ll take part in 3 events (recordings for those who can’t join on time will be provided). We will go together from discussing the necessary materials to creating full paintings on your own
1. Essential Materials & Techniques
- Learn all about necessary materials for watercolor painting
- Review the basic techniques
- Do several exercises to practice
- Observe magical effects of watercolors
2. Seascape “Sunrise at the harbor”
- Learn the safe order of steps to get a predictable result
- Practice watercolor techniques, and create an illusion of a detailed painting without drawing skills

3. Feedback session and landscape “Foggy Forest”
- See the most common challenges from “Day 2” (based on students’ works)
- Learn how to make soft color transitions and show the aerial depth with no pencil outlines
- Make a wonderful painting, see what you can achieve!
