Alvaro Castagnet

Carol Carter is an internationally recognized American watercolor artist with a professional career spanning more than 35 years and a lifelong dedication to painting and teaching
She has taught watercolor workshops for over 30 years, including university-level teaching, guiding thousands of students with clarity, warmth, and deep experience
Her work has appeared in numerous national and international juried and invitational exhibitions across Europe, China, Hong Kong, Morocco, the Caribbean, and the United States
Carol’s paintings have been featured in leading global publications such as International Arts Magazine, Art of Watercolour, Watercolor Artist, and L’Aquarelle Magazine.
In 2012, she was selected as an AIRE Fellow for Everglades National Park and is part of the Art in Embassies Program, with work currently displayed in the American Embassy in Montenegro.
