In this lesson you will learn:
- Sketching and outlining: begin by sketching a tree shape and outlining it with a thin pen.
- Layering colors for depth: start with a lemon yellow base, add layers of sub green, using less water and more paint for each layer to create depth. Use a dabbing technique with darker green for added texture.
- Adding final details: finish with a mix of sub green and lemon yellow gouache to enhance texture and add lemon yellow gouache dots for color highlights.
