This live session is organized to help people who suffered from a terrible earthquake in Turkey and Syria that happened on February 6th.
Our students offered us to make such an event, and we gladly supported this idea.

Who donations will go to?
100% of the sum raised during the live session will be transferred to the funds helping people affected by the earthquake by providing shelter, food, and medical supplies:
During this session, we will learn:

to use advantages of granulation and texture

to add color accents for a stronger impact
Session will be held by:
- Over 30 years of painting experience and 20 years of teaching practice.
- 70 international and 10 solo exhibitions, member of the jury for various international contests.
- His paintings are placed in museums, private and corporate collections worldwide.
- He is an author of a series of books «Masters of Watercolor» and the founder of the magazine «Planet of Watercolor».
- A brand ambassador of the leading producers of art materials (Daniel Smith, Roubloff, Nevskaya Palitra).
- A member of Artists Trade Union of Russia, Saint-Petersburg Watercolor Society, and Watercolor Society of Finland.

Sorry to disturb you, but I have an idea to propose to the school.
In the wake of the horrific earthquake that happened in Turkey and Syria, seeing so many lives lost and survivors suffering from the devastation, many of us students are deeply saddened and would like to contribute our help for those desperately in need.
I thought of an idea: donation through selling our artwork with Artefacto. I know we could make personal donations through charity agencies, yet together as a group and through art, I believe we could reach far more people to contribute to the cause. If some of our teachers are willing to participate, such as Konstantin, with their recognition worldwide, our efforts could reach an even larger audience.
I believed this could be beneficial to not only the victims, but also us students as motivation to improve and create our own artwork, and for the school for more recognition by doing good deeds.
I don’t know how complicated or feasible this might be in terms of its logistics, administration and financial aspects, but a few of us with charity work and management background are willing to offer our help to assist in any way possible.
Since all is very preliminary and obviously we have no experience in this, we sincerely ask for your guidance and support to make this event come true. Please let us know your thoughts on this, Miroslava.
